Get Answers to Your Crossmetrics Questions.
Practical answers about what Crossmetrics does, which integrations it supports, and how your data is used.
What is Crossmetrics?
Crossmetrics is an e-commerce analytics platform that connects store orders with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Search Console so teams can compare marketing data with real sales.
What platforms does Crossmetrics support?
Crossmetrics supports PrestaShop, WooCommerce, custom order webhooks, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Search Console. Native Magento support is coming soon.
How do I access Crossmetrics?
You can sign in securely with your Google account and connect the Google services you want to analyze inside Crossmetrics.
Why do you need access to Google data?
Google data is used only to display analytics, campaign performance, product feed context, search visibility, and related insights inside your Crossmetrics dashboard.
Do you store Google API data?
For standard Google integrations, Crossmetrics stores encrypted OAuth tokens and account metadata needed to maintain the connection. Google reporting data is retrieved to provide dashboard features and is not sold or used for advertising.
Do you store customer personal data?
Crossmetrics is designed to work with business metrics. Custom integrations should not send end-customer names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
How does the custom webhook API work?
Custom stores can send order data through Crossmetrics webhooks. Requests are protected with API keys, timestamps, and HMAC signatures to help verify payload integrity.
What insights does Crossmetrics provide?
Crossmetrics helps identify revenue trends, channel performance, ROAS, conversion discrepancies, refund impact, product performance, tracking gaps, and anomalies across connected data sources.
Does Crossmetrics use AI?
Yes. Crossmetrics can use AI-assisted analysis to explain anomalies and performance changes. AI output is intended to support review, not replace business judgment.
What pricing is available now?
Crossmetrics offers three monthly plans: Starter at 49 EUR, Growth at 89 EUR, and Scale at 149 EUR. Each plan is designed around store volume, connected integrations, reporting depth, alerts, and support needs.
How long does setup take?
Most e-commerce stores can connect in a few minutes. Custom integrations depend on implementation complexity but typically only require sending order events through the Crossmetrics API.
How is Crossmetrics different from Google Analytics?
Google Analytics measures user behavior and conversions. Crossmetrics connects that marketing data with actual store orders, refunds, product performance, and business outcomes across multiple sources.
Who owns the data?
You retain ownership of your business data. Crossmetrics processes connected data only to provide analytics, reporting, and platform features.
Does Crossmetrics modify my store data?
No. Crossmetrics reads connected analytics and commerce data to generate reporting and insights. It does not modify store orders, products, campaigns, or Google accounts.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Crossmetrics?
No. Standard integrations are designed to be self-serve. Custom stores may require a developer to connect order events through the API.
What happens if tracking data does not match store revenue?
Crossmetrics helps identify discrepancies between analytics platforms and real order data so teams can investigate attribution gaps, refunds, missing events, or tracking issues.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and can be changed or cancelled at any time from your account settings.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes, Crossmetrics supports WooCommerce. You can connect your WooCommerce store to sync orders and revenue data alongside your Google marketing services.
Do you support Magento?
Native Magento support is coming soon. In the meantime, you can connect your Magento store through the custom webhook API while native integration is being built.
